These are some of the pots I have on hand right now. I chose to post these pots in particular because I think they are among the best I have. If you are interested in purchasing one of these pieces, or if you just have some questions you should call me at 828-688-1332 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST or e-mail me. I'll do my best to keep this page up to date, but I can't absolutely guarantee their availability since they are also displayed for sale in my showroom.
They can be paid for over the phone by credit card or other arrangement. Please don't e-mail a credit card number. Have the item # and pot description ready. Feel free to call with any questions about a particular piece. Shipping to the lower 48 is included in the price.
Dimensions are in inches -  height x width x depth.

#1001
Wood and Salt Fired Pitcher
9.5 x 7.25 x 6
SOLD

This pitcher was fired in the 1st firing of the kiln I built for David Stanley in Dublin, VA.

#1002
Wood and Salt Fired Stamped Platter
2 x 16 x 16
$250

This was from the 1st firing of the kiln I built at Camp Blue Star in Hendersonville, NC.
There is nice contrast between the dark clay body and the yellow ash deposits. The  slip cracks in the detail add character to the surface.

#1003
Wood and Salt Fired Fruit Bowl
4.5 x 9 x 9
$92

This bowl has a nice glaze pool in the bottom.

#1004
Wood and Soda Fired Big Jug
21 x 14 x 14
$1000

This jug occupied the premier spot in my kiln. It has beautiful flashing patterns and coloration.

#1005
Wood and Salt Fired Set of 3 Cereal Bowls
2.75 x 6 x 6 each
$120 for the set

These are the only 3 that I have like this so I'd like to keep them as a set. They each have a nice black pool of glaze in them.

#1006
Wood and Soda Fired Birdhouse
9 x 6.5 x 9
$160

I make about 3 of these every other year, but I really should make more. We've had one hanging on our grape arbor for years and it gets a family every spring. It can be hung from a nail or mounted on a post. There is an egg shaped hole in the back to clean out the nest.

#1007
Wood and Salt Fired Faceted Bowl
4 x 5.5 x 5.5
$60

The thin temmoku wash turned out nice on this little bowl. It has a shino liner on the inside.

#1008
Wood and Soda Fired Oval Platter
2.25 x 18 x 13
$280

This platter has been in my showroom for at least 2 years. It gets a lot of attention but no one has bought it. I can't figure out why because I think it's one of the nicest ovals I've done. I'd like to find it a good home.

#1009
Wood and Salt Fired Pitcher
10.5 x 7 x 6
$120

This pitcher was fired twice. It didn't really need it, but I knew it had more potential. The 2nd firing really added to the color. It has a swirl texture and then I squared it.

#1010
Wood and Salt Fired Pitcher
10.5 x 7 x 6
$120

This is a 6 sided pitcher with a temmoku liner. It has a very beautiful yet subtle salt surface.
